Crock pot! It’s my best friend. Its great for everything except pasta and breakfast! I cook and then morph the left overs into something else. I can get 2 meals and a chicken salad out of a rotisserie chicken… that is by far my best money saving tip… use that baby right down to the bones for soup!

A cheap and extremely fun dinner? Breakfast! Scrambled eggs or pancakes and sausages! My kids get so psyched to have breakfast for dinner.

Eating healthier foods can actually save you money. The savings came from reducing portion sizes and from buying fewer of the high-calorie foods that tend to increase the amount spent at the grocery store, according to researchers of the yearlong study.

It’s better to create a detailed shopping list based on monthly needs make sure to check leftovers so that overbuy can be avoided. Make a healthy choice foods rather than junk. Make use of sale and coupon while shopping for grocery and always buy seasonal fruits and vegetables. Consider buying store brands instead of pricier national brands.
