Congratulations on keeping the weight off for so long. The secret to weight loss for me is exercise. The more active I am, the less likely I am to make poor food choices. And the better I eat, the more energy I have to workout. The key is to stay in the groove and try to never miss workouts.

It’s really hard to keep up the good work, but you’re doing it. Another thing that we need to focus on is to always eat right. I’m trying to get my kids started on the right foot by teaching them about nutrition at a very early age. Have you heard of “A Beary Balanced Belly”? It’s a new toy that’s been helping me and my kids tremendously. http://www.bearybalanced.com if you’re interested.
