   on nice days, i take the teens to the lake/park and tell them they each have to walk the dog. she is a large husky that when i tell her to run, they have no choice but to run with her. on rainy days, we play x box that we have fun by dancing and exercizing. only healthy vegetable snacks and fruits.

   My husband and I would first teach the 4 grandkids how to cook healthy for the holidays. We would have a sit down thankful meal and each say what they are thankful for this year.
   We will then play frisbee outside due to the weather is going to be 62 degrees for Thanksgiving.
   Fun is Therapeutic! Excersise and eating healthy is a life style not just for a day or month this is what we want to teach our grandkids!

   My children and grandchildren are coming in from out of state. We will play baseball. The winning team goes for a walk while the losers clean up after dinner, then go for a walk.
