Unfortunately I don’t enjoy any kind of exercise all that much – if I absolutely had to pick, though, I’d say a quick walk down the street to the lake with Hubby and Pup in tow.
I go to the local library’s exercise programs. Yoga one day, walking in place and stretching the next time. The group works off a video tape and instructor. We step pretty lively and it motivates my daily working around the house and neighborhood walks. These bars sound wonderful to help
