The Best Fitness Advice I Ever Got: Walk 20 Minutes Each Day 




I make small changes over time and make it fun. Like we have “try a different fish” night. where I have the kids pick out a healthy fish recipe they find online and we go and shop for the fish and we make it together. I also make sure that we spend at least a couple hours each day outside “playing”, whether it be yard work, or running around at the park.
