I almost forgot that Thanksgiving is just around the corner, which is especially bad because this year I’m making many of the dishes for my family. Typically my mom does all of the cooking, but I want to give her a break while also making sure that at least a few of the dishes this year are healthy. That’s why I’ve created this healthy Thanksgiving menu. I’m definitely inspired! I hope you are, too, since I for one definitely want to stay healthy (and a diet success) this year.

1. Roasted Stuffed Squash and Fennel

2. Whole-Wheat Rolls

3. Creamy Veggie Soup

4. Green  Bean Salad

5. Roasted Vegetable Gratin

6. Brussels Sprouts and Fingerling Potatoes

7. Cranberry Salad

8. Mushroom Stuffing

9. Golden Roasted Turkey with Pan Gravy

10. Sweet Potato Mousse
