Yesterday I made a very important decision for my health: I went back to Weight Watchers meetings with my best friend. It was a difficult decision, but I decided to do it because it’s the best way for me to get through the holidays without gaining a ton of weight. I always try to make sure that I’m eating as healthy as possible–starting with the most important meal of the day. The one caveat of all this is that I’m usually rushing around so much during November and December that I barely have time to cook. That’s why I’m depending on these super-easy healthy breakfasts, all perfect for losing weight and keeping it off.
