I’m clearly a little bit obsessed with the changing of the seasons right now. I absolutely love that the weather is cooling down and you can probably guess why: because fall is the time for soup! Yes, soup. I know it might sound a bit silly but soup is actually the thing that inspired me to get a slow cooker in the first place, so I’m extremely happy to get back to making my favorite recipes–and this time I’m even making some fall soups, to boot!
