It’s official: I’m obsessed with fall food. The leaves have barely started changing outside but it’s all I can think about. From finding the best seasonal veggie meals for weight loss to barely being able to wait to recreate some of my favorite slow cooker apple recipes, I’m all about indulging in my favorite autumn foods right now. The only problem, though? I don’t want to regain any of the weight I’ve lost just because I’m craving comfort foods–which is where these absolutely delicious and healthy fall comfort favorites come in. Go ahead and indulge a little!
