School’s officially back in session and now I find myself wondering exactly how to stay a diet success while feeding my family. Admit it: it’s not always the easiest thing! Everyone has different tastes and preferences and it canbe difficult to keep up. But I don’t want to have to make a million different meals, which is why these super-easy and healthy lunches are perfect for the whole family. They’re light (so you can keep losing weight or maintaining your weight loss) and they’re delicious and compact (so that the kids can take these to school). And that’s a win-win for everyone, right?
