A new study shows that simply cutting sugary drinks from your day can lead to a five percent weight loss. That’s nearly 10 pounds for 190-pound woman. And if that’s not enough to burst your bubble (and your soda addiction) consider this: drinking more water can lead to lower blood pressure. We’ll raise a glass of aqua to that.
