I get sent lots of gluten-free products, so many in fact I can’t try most of them. Recently, I took a package of Canyon Bakehouse gluten-free hamburger buns home to try at a cookout I was hosting. Of the 10 guest, two had Celiac disease and therefore couldn’t have gluten. I served everyone burgers on the buns and no one was able to tell the difference! Since they are made with 100% whole grains like brown rice, sorghum and millet and contain a whopping 4 grams of fiber they are perfect for anyone.
