I love Autumn. I really, really do. I love the clothes, I love the food, I love everything! Well, except for the obvious Holiday weight gain. To be honest, Halloween is and has always been my favorite Holiday–but how do I stay a diet success while indulging in candy, desserts and more sweets? Well, these slightly-better-for-you treats are just the thing! From some delicious savory treats (to cut back on all that sugar) to a few fruity party treats, I say it’s okay to indulge just a little.
