Do you teach Civil Rights history in your home? A study has found that student's knowledge of Civil Rights history has deteriorated. And they blame the academic standards for public schools in the states.

Depiction of Momsters in “I Don’t Know How She Does It” The movie "I Don't Know How She Does It" with Sarah Jessica Parker comes out this week and I was lucky enough to see a preview with a friend last week. I thought I would love it because I'm a huge fan of chick flicks, but instead I found myself shocked by how they use the word "momster" in the movie.

“Breakthrough Moment” in the Fight Against Childhood Obesity First Lady Michelle Obama is at the forefront of the fight against childhood obesity. She has been working hard to help restaurants and other food companies make improvements to their recipes-- such as fewer calories, less sodium and better children's menus.
