Here at Family Circle, we love cake pops–and know you do, too! So I’m sure you’ll be as excited as I was to check out the new bake sale recipes in our April issue. Our senior food editor, Julie, created a collection of gorgeous treats, including Dulce de Leche Bars, Key Lime Mini Cupcakes and, as you can see from the photo above, Cookies ‘n’ Cream Cake Pops. Yum!
But perhaps my favorite recipe is this one for Cookie Pops. It’s so simple–just two mini cookies sandwiched with frosting on a stick–yet so cute and delicious. (Trust me, I was lucky enough to try one!)
