Well, it’s a couple of weeks into 2013 and the only thing I’m really thinking about right now is dropping the Holiday weight. I know I can’t be the only one, just based off of the conversations I’ve been overhearing lately and the friends that have come to me and said “WHAT do I do?!” Well, I’ll tell you what I’m doing: walking more!
I definitely haven’t exercised enough in the past month. Well, if I was honest, I haven’t really exercised much in the past TWO months, so you can understand my worry when it comes to getting back to exercise. That’s why I’ve decided that I need to start walking and I’m going to do is slowly. However, I also want to be successful in getting back out there with exercise, which is why I’ve decided to commit to one of these 5 walking workouts to really start my year off right.
I really think one of these is going to help! If you’re looking to start off this year with some more exercise (and, come on, who isn’t?), then start with one of these for sure-fire results!
