With the cold weather hitting every part of the country lately, the only thing on my mind when I wake up in the morning (after a very, very hot shower) is a nice, warming breakfast. The only problem, though is that I very rarely have time in the morning to actually cook something. Instead, I depend on my slow cooker like no other. There’s nothing quite as great as waking up in the morning to a ready-made breakfast and, in keeping with some of my New Year’s resolutions about eating healthy, these days I’ve been craving a breakfast that will also fulfill at least one of my daily fruit requirements. In fact, I’ve found three great fruity slow cooker breakfasts that are just perfect to satisfy my warm breakfast and healthy fruit craving. Yum!

1. Slow Cooker Breakfast Baked Apples

2. Slow Cooker Blueberry Hot Cereal

3. Slow Cooker Banana Maple Parfaits
