How do you stay healthy during the holidays? One of my favorite tricks is to make my own healthy desserts. You see, this is the time for many parties and cookie exchanges. So how do you keep yourself from overindulging so much? Personally, I like to allow myself a little bit of a treat during this season and I can’t think of a better way than by making some that are going to be lower in calories, like these delicious cookies. The best thing about them is that you can make them to bring to those special gatherings–and save yourself some calories while also having delicious Christmas cookies!
