What We’re Eating: Make-Ahead Whipped Potato Casserole Nothing says holiday dinner to me more than a rich potato casserole. This is always a crowd pleaser at our family Christmas dinner, served with glazed spiral ham and an array of fresh vegetables. We just finished the remainder last night and I can attest to the fact that this reheats very nicely, either in the oven or microwave.
