What We’re Eating: Grilled to Perfection The weekend of May 21st & 22nd, I flew out to Chicago to attend the Grill and Chill Festival sponsored by Better Homes and Gardens and Weber. Test Kitchen Trials: Authentic Corn Tortillas A little while ago, I got to taste La Tortilla Factory's Hand Made Style corn tortillas. They come in 4 flavors—white or yellow corn, green chile and chipotle. They brought me back to the days when, while vacationing in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, my sister and I would go to the tortilla factory and buy steaming-hot tortillas right off the conveyor belt.
